Installation
All our installations fully comply with BS 5839-1:2013 along with the latest IEE Edition. We will design the fire alarm system to suit your premises layout, ensuring all rooms/areas are covered in accordance with building category specification, and most importantly ensuring life is protected in the event of a fire. We work with our customers, listening to their additional needs, for example, in areas where they feel the need to over comply to ensure peace of mind is given.
We use only big named fire alarm system providers highly recognised throughout the industry and we don’t just install one product. Quite often a client will specify they prefer using one Fire system over another, sometimes because of its capabilities and other times its just personal preference.
Commissioning
At Ember Fire and Security we pride ourselves on our knowledge and also our ability to making sure the Fire Alarm system installed by ourselves or by others are programmed to ensure the system is fully fit for purpose.
We work directly with the client and to specifications given on how the system is to perform using the panels internal programming tools. This allows interfacing with other operations around the site to sync with the Fire Evacuation procedure. This for example could include doors opening, lifts dropping, phased evacuation… The list is endless when it comes to what an intelligent system can achieve.

Maintenance
Ember Fire and Security provide a high maintenance standard on new and old systems at a very competitive price. To ensure the system provided for life saving reasons is fit for purpose and will perform as it should in the event of a fire.
Our Engineers will ensure every detector is tested throughout the site over a number of visits during the year. Each detector being ticked off and confirmed as activating into a fire state, resting assure if there’s a fire it will be detected.
Always remember regular servicing means, peace of mind your system will do its job. Your insurance compliance will specify it is carried out and it is a Legal requirement.

Call Out
When unforeseen problems arise with a system, in hours and out of hours callout is available for maintenance and none maintenance customers.
